• Provide access to a wide variety of chemical engineering jobs.
• Assess applicants on their marketability and determine if their financial, professional, and geographical goals are realistic.
• Give each applicant an idea of what realistic expectations are on the following: relocation assistance, vacation policies, sign-on bonus, tuition reimbursement, performance bonuses, etc... I will make sure that an applicant matches prior to the submission of their resume or any face-to-face interview (in most cases, our firms knows all of the specifics ahead of time).
• Prepare the applicant before an interview by listening to, critiquing, and coaching their answers to key interview questions.
• I have 27 years of experience and an extensive network of people at various chemical companies who I respect and I make it a point to get their opinions on an applicants fit for a company.
• Resume Assessment (I've seen thousands over the years and I know what a good one looks like).
• Help applicants get into markets that they want to move into (ex: Nuclear fuels to Ethanol), or help them leave markets that they are tired of.

Services for Employers:

• I spot check references before I present a candidiate.
• I assess whether applicants are serious, fit salary limitations, and will relocate. Essentially, I save companies money by weeding out people who are not serious.
• I can help a company assess the reasons why a job is not getting filled (low salary offer, poor location) and make recommendations on ways to get the process of finding good candidates moving (more agencies, more exclusive searches, retainer fees, opening up job requirements, etc...)
• Inform an employer how they can use an agency effectively.
